Returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from our website are accepted within 30 days, in new and unused condition with the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns from retail stores. Customers wishing for an exchange or return must email us by contacting cooliphoneone@gmail.com and then we will provide specific instructions for return/exchange. When shipping your item back to us, please include the original packing slip with a description of the reason for return/exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. We suggest using a shipping method with delivery confirmation as Partner iPhone is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Please note that we only accept one-time exchanges. The difference in price (if any) between the original item and the exchanged item will be charged.

We want to get your money back to you as soon as possible. We will issue a refund to your card within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. However,since the refund requires a handling fee, we will charge 20% of the payment as a handling fee.
